I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks and then 0 the following 2 weeks. I'm hitting my calorie goal every day, but the scale just won't budge anymore. I still have another 10 pounds to lose. Any suggestions?

Well, I woke up this morning, weighed in and the scale moved 1.2 lbs, FINALLY! Hopefully the plateau is behind me.0

Change what you're doing. Cycle calories... change up your workouts, etc. Usually helps to break plateaus. Also try changing the amount of calories you eat. Eat at maintanence for a week or two and than drop down again.0

Two weeks is too short of a time period to make any reasonable conclusions about whether or not you're "stuck".
Don't change anything.0 -

Mine broke a few weeks ago when I was sent away to work and I spent a week in a hotel with fried breakfasts. I was amazed to see the weight loss start again once I got home. I work away 1 week in 4 now and it keeps giving my metabolism a good kick!0

I don't count it as a plateau unless it last for 4 weeks, then I change something, either my exercise routine, my calorie intake maybe I just add a cheat day.0
