Newish Member

Hi all. I'be been a member here for almost a year but I tend to start tracking and then stop when life gets busy. Over the past year, I've quit smoking, started at an academically intense college, been on a new bc pill, and gained about 15 pounds. Now it's summer and I have the time and desire to get back into shape. My problem is that I get insane carb cravings when I'm stressed, so I'm looking for advice on how to deal with them. I could easily put away a pound of spaghetti in one sitting.
