Juices

Hi everyone,
I love to make my own vegetable and fruit juices. The machine does a pretty good job... the juice is pretty clear and there is a dry-ish stuff left in the machine.
The question is: Does any fiber remain in the juice or is it all wasted in that dry stuff? I tried eating some of it but it is really nasty.
Thanks

You are losing a majority of the nutrients by using a juicer. Invest in a Vitamix and you wont have ANYTHING left over. It pulverizes everything (skins, seeds, rinds, etc.) so there is no waste and you get all the nutrients. It is the best thing I ever did for my body.0
