I've had a couple of months where I haven't been committed to my weight loss, but have recently got back on the wagon properly with the healthy eating, counting calories, going to gym - all that good stuff that makes the weight disappear.

Since I started 13 months ago, I've been taking a photo of myself every month to track my progress, and I was having a look back over them yesterday, and thought I'd share in the hopes that it might help someone else who's feeling a little uninspired today.

I still have quite a lot to lose (about 13kg), but I'm 21 kgs lighter than I was 13 months ago, and the lightest I've been in my adult life. I'm hoping that my April 2013 I'm down to my ideal weight - going to take a lot of commitment but if I've got this far I know I can do it.
