I had my first gain this week. 1.3lbs and I'm letting it bum me out way more than I should. Last weekend hubby and I had a date night and I let myself splurge some and then this whole week has been rough because I've had to do friendship bread baking for graduations and try not to eat it. Plus my knee is strained so I've had to workout less!

BOO! someone hit my so I stop being so bummed and freaked out about this one lb. When I've lost over 20 already. Started at 185 down to as of this morning 163

Gains will happen! Don't let it get you down! Weight loss is not linear and doens't always go down. It's unfortunate!

Is TOM coming? Did you eat too much sodium? Too much carbination? Drink enough water? So many factors can cause gains on the scale.

Hey you just have to keep going, look at your diet. what you eat is as important as how much make sure you are balancing you food types, when I gain I increase my workouts, maybe morning and afternoon for 40 - 45 minutes a couple of times a week and that usually get me back on schedule. Don't give up.

You already know the answer. You are doing the right things and good results will follow, but as others have said, this is a marathon not a sprint. 1.3 pounds -- if you were a robot this would be awful, but as a human it is a shockingly normal part of life.
