Anyone else want to sing the praises of sleep?

    Yep! I do LOTS better losing weight, not yelling at the kids, etc. when I get enough sleep!

    I'm still working on it but the whole "early to bed, early to rise" stuff, but it didn't get to be a wise saying by being inaccurate.

    I get an intense headache if I sleep more than 6-7 hours. My alarm goes off at 6am and I get up right away. Some days I would like to sleep for 10-12 hours... never gonna happen though.

    I notice I really stuggle with making good food choices if I have had a rubbish night's sleep though!
