What's your strength training routine?

I'm looking for a strength training routine to do 3-4x a week, so I'm curious to know what everyone else does. I'm thinking between 30 - 45 minutes, considering I'll also be doing about 15 minutes of cardio.

Details would be great... name of exercise, sets/reps. I'm trying to put together my own total-body routine, but having difficulties lol Would love to see what everyone else does!0
