What is the best kitchen gadget or tool that you can not live without since you started dieting? Mine is my apple slicer. I eat fruit instead of sweets because it is soooo easy.

    I didn't add anything when I started losing weight, but my chefs knife is the most important tool in my kitchen.

    My main kitchen gadgets are my microwave poacher, magic bullet, and blender. use them all almost everyday.

    Scale is probably the one that has gotten me this far. Others are nice: Ninja, salad spinner, mandolin, etc. But weighing everything before I eat it has kept me honest on my logging and made me realize what proper portion sizes are.
