Can you help me know why my tummy looks worse?
So I started gaining weight from 2006 I was 57 kg "my lightest" 'till I reached my heaviest on June 2011 (86 kg) I started losing weight from then and now I am at 77 kgs.
I was going through my albums and I found my 2010 photos when I was 76kg. Almost similar weight to my current weight on scale but worse looking body...Can anyone explain to me what could be the reason? (Check how my tummy looks!!)
I don't know how to post pictures in here "I'd appreciate to know how" but here's the link to my FB Album..It's public so you should be able to see it...
Thanks!

A few months later at 120 lbs:
The difference? I no longer muffin top out of my clothes, and I've been exercising more.0 -
You look awesome! I LOVE that there is a package of Oreos in your "before" picture. :laugh:0

Can't see the pics, but I could speculate that you lost both muscle and fat while dieting and ended up with a higher % Body Fat than you did previously.
I suggest adding a strength training routine and keeping your deficit moderate.0 -

You can't really see a big difference in one month but I guarantee if you add muscle and keep your weight you well be thinner, stronger, and feel better about yourself despite the scale not budging and some times filling you full of water weight.0
