How to track a food you cannot find.

There is a local restaurant by me and I cannot find any nutritional info on their website or in MFP. Any good ideas on how to trakc it? It was a Turkey Club Sandwich

    If they are a local place and don't offer info on nutrition, unfortunately whatever you log will be a ball park figure. Either enter it from another restaurant such as Denny's or something like that..or try your best to remember everything on that sandwich and log everything individually. Either way, it's not going to be exact but it's better than not logging it at all
