How to Log If You Have a Fitbit and a Heart Rate Monitor?

So I have both a fitbit (pedometer) and a heart rate monitor. The advantages to Fitbit is that it logs my total steps and inclines and syncs with this website to update my exercise calories. My HRM tells me how hard I'm working and how long I'm in each zone which is fantastic. What is the best way to log my exercise calories? Do I just let fitbit do it's thing or should I manually enter my burns based on my HRM?

I use Endomondo with my HRM (a bluetooth Polar Wearlink+), and then linked Endomondo and Fitbit. So my activities (and the food I enter on here) import in to the Fitbit site. Maybe something like that?0

Question - do you get duplicated calorie burn that way? The instructions for linking MFP with fitbit say "only log your food and exercise on MFP or you may get duplications" but of course, linking endomondo with fitbit leads to endomondo automatically logging workouts!0
