Eating when it's hot outside

Does anyone else find it hard to eat normally when the weather it hot? I drink more water which is no bad thing, but i just really struggle to want food. One hot summer, I lived on Rice Krispies and peaches. Admittedly I lost plenty of weight but it was hardly a healthy way to do it.
How do I make myself want to eat, regardless of what it is I end up having?

I find that I eat the same amount, just lighter foods. Less soups, more salads, more fruits (frozen fruits are the best after a day working in the yard). I also nibble more, a bite or two here and there rather than 3 sit down large meat pot n veg meals.

My husband also likes to keep the house around74F and we live in southern Florida, so I find that keeping the house cooler, and staying inside I eat more because I am not as hot.

I totally know what you mean!
In the summer, I eat tons of fruits! And veggies. A lot of salad (like was said before). Sandwiches are OK sometimes if you need something different.
I also love yogurt in the summer! I also like to make slushies out of fruit and yogurt and ice. Pretty good and it cools me down. Gives me lots of fruits too. Yum.
