New here. Have a question about exercise

OK, so I'm trying to log in CrossFit exercises in my exercise log. Can't find CrossFit, though. It was killer today! Had to run 400 meters, do medicine ball squats, medicine ball throws, medicine ball sit ups, and then I had to run around the building, and do squats, push ups... It's grueling! And every work out is different. All exercises are "functional". Is this what you call circuit training? Here's the Workout Of the Day: Well, I forgot, but a few of these were ring work, burpees... Anyone else doing CrossFit? How do you track this? What would you track this as? A bit about myself: I'm new, I'm female, I'm Obese Class 1, I have Hashimoto's, which makes weight gain so easy and weight loss so so difficult, and I'm turning 40 at the end of May. And I'm totally new to CrossFit. Today was my first visit. I couldn't even do a full routine. I'm still trying to decide if I want to pay over $100 a month... I already belong to a gym where I do treadmill, elliptical, and weightlifting (machines)... But how would you count CrossFit?
