After seeing a thread about overnight oatmeal I really want to give it a try. I have tons of quick oats and am wondering if I can use them or if I need to use regular? Thanks!

I think quick oats will just turn to mush. Most recipes I have seen usually use steel cut oats.0

rolled oats is fine for overnight but not quick cut. Steel cut have most texture/chewiness.
For some inspiration check out this site. some are probably more indulgent than I'd go for but...yum!
