Stuffed chicken breast recipes

I want one! I have a couple chicken breasts to make tonight. I found this one that looks good:

I had a traumatic mayo incident though, so I'd have to leave that out. maybe cottage cheese could substitute?

Anyways, I'm looking for a good recipe, so let me have it (please)!

one that I've used is flatten chicken breast, add swiss cheese and asparagus, fold over and skewer, season and bake.
Great on the BBQ .

I was considering asparagus too, that sounds pretty easy, maybe I'll do that one.
