Hey guys! So I just completed the first workout and I must say, I feel like I didn't work hard enough haha. Is this how you generally feel right after the first workout? I did break a sweat and it wasn't easy! I tried to do everything I could though I have doubts about my form. How did you guys feel the first day? Any tips on how to improve my form or ability to do the workouts?
