What can I drink besides water?? I'm not a huge water fan to begin with and I've been forcing myself to stick to 8 servings a day but I'd like to break it up with something that has some kind of flavor!?! I'm only a week into my life change (diet seemed just about food whereas I want to be healthy) and things seem to be going really well, other than craving chocolate my only problem has been about water.

I drink Vitamin Water Zero, Mio drops and Diet Mountain Dew. I know people always say soda is bad but it hasn't done anything negative with my weight loss or goals and I've been maintaining for over a year now0

Stay away from diet soda's - lots of crap in them! Drink things like green tea - REAL TEA not lipton bottle shtuff. Tea's: Green, Jasmine, Oolong, White0

I drink alot of the Crystal Light flavor packets - or any brand of the flavor packets. They come in many different flavors, some even have vitamins or if you need a boost, caffeine. Walmart brand is cheaper and tastes exactly the same. Plain water does get boring really, really fast!0

I agree with the Cystal Light. I can't chug down water either. I drink a lot of it and multiple flavors. I also like sobe life water.0
