    I'm starting the Insanity workout program by BeachBody on Monday the 21st! I joined this site to help keep me on track and accountable for the food portion of my life style change! I hope I can help motivate people, and hope I'll be motivated when I need it!

    cool! what do we do!?

    aside from fitness, we should all reward ourselves with some (fake or real) tanning time, exfoliations, shopping, and mani/pedis. you know, to cover all the bases for summer sexiness! and it's added motivation.

    i'm in but i'd rather not wreck my skin!

    I'm totally in! We have summer passes to the water park and I want to be confident enough to wear a bathing suit without a t-shirt over it.
