Which is more important in the long run? I'm in maintence mode right now but still love to log so I can control my eating habits. However somedays I notice I go over in fats and get frustrated then other days I'm pretty low. When I look at my weekly counts I'm about on target for my %. Should I focus more on the weekly numbers and not worry so much if I do bad somedays in certain areas? Or should I work on getting my daily numbers even?

I'm no expert, but I would say its the overall picture that counts x0

I don't really have any sound advice but I am interested if someone else does. I envision, when I get to maintenance calories, focusing more on weekly numbers than daily numbers.0

Thanks! Bumping for some more insight. I like that my weekly stats are good but my daily stats sometimes get to me.0

I'm also on maintenance and though I track daily, I try to "break even" by the end of the week. I have some high calorie days and some low, but as long as I'm close by the end of the week, I'm happy.0
