Those lovely people around you, what did they say when you started on the road to the new you ?

At 40 I ended a long term relationship, moved countries twice and found my soul mate.
Most people around me thought I was having a mid life crisis. For myself, I think I was just going back to the true me.

Oh and I shaved my head, lol, got more tattoo's and partied for a year whilst hitting the gym hard.
