How to Log an Excercise??

Hi everyone, I am new to MFP and I just recently finished P90X cardio and have no idea of how I should log it...Can someone please explain...Thanks

I was logging Cardio under aerobics (heavy) and Plyo under circuit training.... but after reading some forums, people offered this site : http://p90xcalories.com/
They said it is pretty accurate to their HRM... I have been adding the P90X exercise to my cardio exercise log with the appropriate numbers in there from the P90X calculator and using that until I get my heart rate monitor0 -
