Hey!
So I had an account last summer at some point but I'm back after canceling my WW account.
So a little history-
I got pregnant back in 09 after losing our first son to SIDS. My pregnancy was not very easy and I wound up losing weight the first few months due to hyperemises. After I got that under control I regained what I lost, plus 50lbs. I was 210 at delivery.
I initially lost 20lbs immediately after delivery (my son was 10 lbs!) and lost another 20lbs during the summer while my husband was deployed.
Since then I've been gaining and losing the same 5-8lbs. Currently I'm at 170 and would like to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 160. Ideally Id like to be at 155 when my husband gets home in the fall so I have some wiggle room if I regain any.
I've been on WW for the past couple of months, but its not working for me. My weight fluctuates a lot. Sometimes up to 3lbs a day. I do a good job drinking enough water, stay away from fast food and soda and I've been jogging a few times a week for the past month or two.
I'm open to any advice. I'm limited on how much time I can spend working out since I have a toddler, a deployed husband, and Im doing an internship this summer.I'll be going back for my second year of law school in August too.
