This is going to sound a bit ridiculous, but I am planning to go to a body flow class tomorrow, Tai Chi and Yoga etc, Normally I would think of going in my tights, buuut for some reason they seem to have disappeared, so i'm thinking of just wearing my gym shorts. I've never been to a yoga class so I don't really know what to expect or what is appropriate and comfortable for that class.

We used to do yoga one day a week at my high school and I hated it lol. Anyways..I always did it in guy gym shorts if it makes you feel better ^.^ it wasn't the cutest but it worked.0

I always wear leggings, but if I didn't have them I would wear bike shorts under my gym shorts. I don't want anyone to look up my shorts when I'm in downward dog, you know?0

I generally wear something that is going to be somewhat fitted but still comfortable enough that I can move comfortably in...don't forget to bring your own towel, darling and a bottle of water.0

Just wear anything that you feel comfortable moving around in. Also, remember that you'll be bending in a lot of different poses, so make sure that your clothes will keep everything covered even when you're upside down or something. I liked cutoffs and a tshirt myself. Gym shorts would be fine, just make sure they'll cover all your business at every angle.0

I don't think the pants matter as much as the shirt. Don't wear a t-shirt that will be falling over your head when you are upside down. I am always forgetting this, and since my workout gear is huge now, I wind up having to tuck in my shirt (really great look, lol) -- so annoying.0

Loose fitting lighweight sweat pants or shorts and loose top or one with built in sports bra would work.
Just be open minded about yoga and you will enjoy it. Don't worry if you are not ablw to complete a pose like your neighbor. Yoga is NOT A COMPETITION:-)0 -
I always wear 100% cotton, either yoga pants or shorts. It moves the best, and won't limit my leg movements like some synthetic blends.0

I usually wear sweats. really anything that lets you move will work.0
