I joined probably about a year ago but in the last 2 months have gotten serious about working out.
Due to a 32+ roundtrip commute to the nearest gym, I'm set on losing weight from home. I've never been a runner, but am working towards a 5K next summer.
I've been HOOKED on Tae Bo, I love how positive it makes me feel and LOVE the changes that my body has made so far!! I'm really seeing a change in my quads and abs. I tried 30DS within the first few weeks of working out and couldn't walk properly for the next few days... thinking I could probably give it another shot now! LOL
I'm down around 12lbs, wishing I would have measured my waist/hips/neck, but hadn't thought about it until now. I'm seeing definition in my legs that I have NEVER seen before, so I'm really motivated.
I do LOVE food, beer and cooking, so it's going to be a challenge!
