A very interesting article.. I've often thought that we'd solve the obesity epidemic if we just started charging for food by the calorie.

I posted that article a few days ago. What was said about the relationship of cheap food to obesity was interesting. Eating at a really nice, expensive restaurant with small portions but excellent ingredients may be worth the money.0

Good point.
I was concerned that a recent vacation would blow my progress because of the restaurant food. But in reality, I found that the above was true and I had no problem keeping my deficit.0
