Treadmill or bike?

I have both, but like my treadmill because it pushes me more. I set the speed, then I have to keep up with it. On my bike, it has to come from me, all of it. So, for me, the treadmill is best.0

Elliptical. I burn more calories in 30 mins than on a treadmill or bike. Lower impact. But if you really want to get your heart rate up, go with treadmill, the incline is where you will huff and puff. Buy used on Craigslist. New exercise equipment is rip off!0

prefer treadmill as it also has incline which burns calories quickly and can still be gentle on knees if you go slower and use more incline.0
