Calculated BMR.. Now what?

Hello all. I'm trying to get out of a plateau and I'm adjusting my calories. I went to several websites and my BMR comes out to 2,015. I understand that BMR is the calories I would burn just lying in bed, correct? I do Zumba 5 days a week for an hour and have 2 rest days. Now, my question is, what else do I need to calculate so I know how many calories I should be eating with and without exercise? I've been reading a lot about TDEE but it's so confusing. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

This site will help you understand what the numbers mean - http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/
Also, there's a great group called Eat More to Weigh less that has lots of info - http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/3817-eat-more-to-weigh-less0 -

I had to write it all down and do each step to figure mine, but once I got done and followed the chart it all made sense.0 -
if you eat the 2015 every day you'll have a deficit of at least 400 calories a day. On exercise days you could eat a bit more, but to be honest 2015 or a bit less should be enough. If it doesn't work after 4 weeks reconsider. If your BMR is at the lower end of the range you might need to take 10% off all the numbers.0
