ankle weights!

Will working out with ankle weights tone my legs or make them all muscular and bulky like man legs??

    They will tone your legs. Women are not built like men, so we don't "bulk up". Lift hard, but do a lot of reps (around 12) and you'll be fine.

    Women can bulk up. Men don't bulk up fast. It takes time for a woman or man to bulk up. You will be fine with ankle weights.

    No amount of lifting will make you big and bulky. Only use ankle weights for strength training, never for cardio. You could injure yourself.

    Are you eating a surplus? If not then no. They don't really weigh much anyway.

    1. You can not bulk up without steroids.
    2. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT!!!!USE ANKLE WEIGHTS unless you want long lasting ankle injuries.

    Women can't bulk up unless they take testosterone or steroids.
    But I already know the agreement of "everyone's definition of bulky" is different is about to take place.

    Regardless of definition of bulky you will not look like a man.
