A little thought changing

I had a small revelation yesterday. It really seems like I have been thinking of my weight loss journey all wrong. Yesterday while grocery shopping I was looking at all of the potato chips and thinking how much it stinks that I cannot buy them, and how far I have to go to lose weight. Then it hit me, I could buy them and eat them all I wanted. The real issue was did I want the 10 minute temporary taste of the Doritos or did I want the weight loss?
Does this make sense? It seems like such a simple thought process to go from feeling negative about not having something to feeling free because I am making the choice.

Total sense. That's how I'm losing weight. Sometimes, the Doritos are worth it. But not very often. I'll take the seedless grapes, please and thank you!0
