Hi, I am 54y/o; happily married for 21 years, have two grown children; one wonderful grandson. I have about 50 lbs to lose and expect it to be a slow journey for me due to medications I have to take for my inflammatory autoimmune arthritis. I am committed to taking better care of my health and want to be healthier for myself and my family. I welcome any new friends who like to have a positive outlook on life and want help remaining accountable.

Welcome aboard Alma!! I am your age also from Florida. I started MFP again last week after being away for awhile. I love the fact that it teaches you to be more aware of what your eating.
