what should i put the 20 mins of the 30 shed with jillian micheals as on my exercise in jornal

Put it under Circuit Training0

Either circuit training or each seperate part 'push ups - 2 mins' 'sit ups 3 mins' 'weight training - 5 mins' etc
i doesnt show you burn a lot, but thats because most of it is wieght training
but overall its a great way to work out0 -
I also log it under circuit training0
