First week - no gain or lose

So Saturday I completed my first week with MFP. Its' been a challenge going from calculating points to calories because you get so used to calculating points. I think I went over calories twice but not by a lot. I stepped on the scale yesterday and didn't gain or lose. Stayed the same. I also started weight lifting so I actually thought I was going to gain as I know you sometimes do after starting to lift weights.

The whole calculating points was difficult at first with the whole exercise and eating them back. I did not get that at first but there are some great knowledgeable people on this board. From HRM to GPS watches, to exercise, to how many calories you should eat. Some of you really have it packed down. You can learn a lot from these boards.
