Getting back into it

So I've been kinda out of the loop for a couple weeks. My back has put me out physically but also mentally. I haven't done much in terms of workouts just because it hurt. That got to me so of course I ate worse. But today I'm back. I went to the doctor yesterday and he's making me go to physical therapy. It's not a herniated disk, but he said there's still a chance it could be something else with my bones. But an x ray wouldn't show much because my bones are so dense. They also don't like to x ray youunger people in the lower areas because it could cause problems with reproduction...and since I'm already going to have issues in the department, I didn't want to risk it. He did a whole bunch of tests and said I'm strong and move well (yay for athletic backgroud and yoga!) and he thinks that will help me to heal quickly. So today I'm going for a walk and I'm going to try some yoga. Anyways, with all that said, I am back. I'm going to enter my foods and workouts again and eat 6 meals with lots of water. I'm not going to stop trying just because I hurt a little. Luckily I've only gained 2 pounds since this started so I'm not too worried. I might need some motivation, but I think I can get back on track
