My first goal is 155 lbs, and from there I'll re-evaluate.

I'd ultimately like to end up somewhere in the 140s!

    Hi. I'm 5'6.5. Starting weight 208. Currently at 180.4. And while its great to see someone with similar goals, the only person I am up against in this battle is. Me. Losing weight shouldn't be a competition. Imo.....
