    Jan 16th, 2003 - The Space Shuttle Columbia takes off for mission STS-107 which would be its final one. Columbia disintegrated 16 days later on re-entry.

    Feb 1st, 2003 - Space Shuttle Columbia disintegrates during reentry into the Earth's atmosphere, killing all seven astronauts aboard.

    Actually it first ran in 1989, but they only ran one episode to see what kind of response they would get. They decided to run a full season that aired in 1990-91.
