Eating less than I should

I'm eating less calories than it recommends that I do (mainly because of the amount I burn, around 300 cals a day) but Its 9:30 pm now and I'm full and don't feel like I have starved myself at all. Is this ok or in the future should I eat more?

    If it's once in a while it's not a huge deal, look at how your week averages out, if it becomes habit then start planning your day a little better, I know I go to the gym Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Sat so those days I eat more during the day and even though i'll end up with only 200 calories before dinner I know that I'm going to the gym so it will even out over the day and over the week.

    If your exercise is pre planned try to pre plan your food intake as well.
