Reward question

I'm both new to MFP and Diets,
So far I'm doing well but my friend who is heavily overweight has been on a diet for 2 months but he said he treats himself to a kebab once a week.
Now I don't think I will be doing a kebab a week, if anything it might be a meal out once a month but I was just curious as to how often people give them self a reward/treat, and how big/large are they.

I give myself rewards however I try to not have them be food.
I've done this site before and I did allow myself a sort of treat meal/day once per month where I wouldn't track, and I'd eat things that I normally wouldn't. I try to make my rewards things like a new pair of pants, or shirt or something like that.
I am going with every ten pounds I lose and once I meet goal I will reward myself with a few new outfits.0 -
I don't ever plan to have cheat days unless something comes up, I just had my first one In about a month, I pretty much decided to go out and drink a lot of alcohol and not really care how many calories were in it
The night resulted in me being really sick because apparently I can't drink as much as I thought, it also ended with me in hospital with my full leg in a removable cast brace type thing and a referal to a surgeon. Major set back for my cardio workouts as I can't even walk
Long story short, "treat" days are nice but I wouldn't recommend going to crazy.
