Someone told me about this book by Louise L Hay and I started checking out the videos on youtube. It just seems amazing. I just ordered mine.

Has anyone read it? If you have, what is your experience?

I have - it helped me come to terms with some last remaining vestiges of resentment I had toward my ex. Very worthwhile read.

The book helped me through a tough time. I refer to it ever now and then. Love the positive thinking in it!
