HELP!!

im losing my motivation to stay active and stick to my diet plan!! :grumble: what do i do??? thanks in advance:smile:

    Well you have two choices:

    1. You start gaining weight and then have to live through all of the hard work you have already done...again.

    2. You remember why you started to lose weight in the first place...for yourself, your family...whatever.

    In the end it's all worth it. I'm not saying only eat veggies/fruit but remember that you did this for a reason! Remember to stay active, listen to your favorite music, bike infront of the tv. This will help you feel better and burn off some of the extra calories your eating (once in a while)

    Keep on track, girl. I lost 15lbs and gained 9 back. It sucks. So consider you and me in the same boat and lets work together : )

    Hang in there. I posted a couple of articles on motivation. Go check them out they might help.

    Staying motivated can be hard at times, but you have friends here who will help you continue to keep you motivated.
