how many have you tried it with what results n what type of meal did u have

    I cut my carbs down to under 100 net per day, and I lost 4.8 pounds the first week.

    for breakfast I had 2 scrambled eggs, 4 pieces of morningstar farms soy "bacon", a high fiber tortilla, and a slice of deli cheese. It was around 380 calories, 20 carbs, 9 fiber ( so you only count 11 carb grams)

    for lunch I would have a huge salad--about 3 cups of lettuce, a few slices of cucumber, about 1/3 cup shredded cheese, then 2-3 ounces of protein ( chicken, shaved turkey, etc)

    for dinner I would eat a small portion of whatever I made for the family. One night was chicken parm and noodles. I measured the noodles to make sure I didn't eat too many. The night we ordered pizza, I ordered myself an antipasto salad and didn't touch the pizza.

    you can use a book on the atkins diet as a guide. I don't think I have ever done induction (20 net carbs a day)...I went straight for 50 net carbs a day ( maintenance)

    Meat and two or three veg. Just ditch the fries / pasta / starchy stuff.


    Egg & bacon for breakfast, or yoghurt & nuts / berries.
