I set this up to lose 1 pound per week. I've been at it 2 weeks now and I've lost 8 pounds already! I'm sure the weight loss will taper off here. I'm running again and not drinking as much beer. It's really pretty easy.

    The more you can make it a lifestyle change as opposed to a "diet plan" the more you'll keep getting into it. I've turned it into a game and I try to figure out how to keep being able to eat the things that are supposed to be forbidden. Figured out how to make my own pizzas with Flatouts. How to substitute one thing for something else to get the same taste with a lot less calories. How to satisfy a sweet tooth without killing my calorie count. The other side of the lifestyle coin is the exercise part. Finding things that you can intertwine into your life as opposed to things that you "have to go do" and you'll be not only well on your way to losing the way, but ultimately living a lifestyle to keep it off once it's gone.
