new vegan here, what brands of bread are vegan? or any at home recipes?

    Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain bread is vegan. As is the low-sodium version.

    I don't know if any brands always are, but I found a Barowski's Organic one, which was actually labelled vegan, at my regular store the other day. I also love the Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Sesame, and right now I have Trader Joe's Multigrain Rustico loaf (which is delicious). I have gotten several kinds of When Pigs Fly that are vegan as well, but I don't know if those are available outside of New England (the bakery is in MA).

    Do you have trouble recognizing the ingredients as vegan or not? That's often a problem when you're new. You can PM me or add me as a friend if you want and I'll help anyway I can.
