How do a put a ticker that shows my weight lost when I post something? Thanks in advance for the help:bigsmile:

You can make the ticker in tools - "ticker". Then copy the code and go to "settings", under "my home" and choose "change forum signature". Paste the code there and then it will show everytime you make a forum post. A lot of people also put their names, quotes, etc there as well0
