Calorie Intake?!?

I'm 6'2", 165lb, 19yr old male. I run about 4 times a week (3-7km) and do weights training about twice a week.
What should my calorie intake be to maintain weight, and what should it be (if I continue the exercising I'm doing) to lose 1-2lb per week??
