Chocolated milk? Less sugary alternatives to Nesquick

Hi,
Today have been a really good day. I'm under my carbs and fat and sugar and everything and ate enough proteins AND fibers
I struggle with the staying under my sugar thing. I drink chocolated milk every evening because it helps me sleep (tea won't), but it is about 21gr of sugar for 3 spoons of chocolate powder? I'll put only one as I've 9gr left and want this to be the perfect day, hmm.
Still I'd like to know less sugary alternatives to Nesquick that are available in Europe?
Thanks in advance!

Could you use 2 spoons instead of 3?
Personally, I couldn't ever give up my chocolate syrup in my coffee. Nuh uh, not gonna happen! Often I am over on my sugar when i eat things like bell peppers, fruit, etc. I'm okay with that.0 -

Well, yeah, I've been using only two spoons recently! And today I used one!
I've found that before, I could not have used only two spoons - the taste of the milk behind was too much. Now it's a bit better; I still couldn't drink the milk as it was, so I just added one spoon.
Thanks nickjnap for this one I'll try finding some.0 -
Can you buy unsweetened cocoa?
If so, dissolve it in hot water then add your milk - and you can add as much or as little sugar as you need. There is a lot of natural sugar in milk, so once you get over needing it to taste syrupy sweet you might be able to cut the sugar out - or just use 1/2 tsp or so.0 -
