Advice Please!

Hi everyone,
So I'm new to mfp and I find it really good. However, I have Been logging my food and trying to stick to keep my nutritional content in the black with only the red being my protein, this leads to my calorie intake being too low for the day and I really don't know what foods I can have that will be well rounded and healthy. The main problem is sugars, especially in fruits. Does anyone else have any ideas? Id appreciate any suggestions or ideas, I would love to hear them.

Sorry, I thought it was. I think it's viewable now. I've only been doing it for a couple of days but I tried to do an ideal today and I ran through what I would eat tomorrow and before I put in the workout for the evening I'm still left with 360 cals.0

eat more snacks...nuts are calorie dense. a cheese stick. peanut butter.

Thanks. That was a helpful idea as its obviously low in sugars. I just have to will myself to like them. Lol. Thanks and I appreciate any other suggestions0
