Looking for friends

Hey everyone, I'm Mark and I have been slowly watching my caloric intake and portion control for about a month and a half now. I have also been eating mostly fish and chicken with beef once every week or two. I have stopped eating fried foods, and only eat processed foods when I have no other alternatives. I have not been in a rush, but already I feel cleaner overall. Moreover, I enjoy watching what I eat.

I would love to make some friends here who have ideas or techniques. I would also be interested in helping anyone if I can.

    Feel free to add me as I am trying hard to eat more healthily. I am feeling much better over the last month as a result and have much more energy. My diet is far from perfect , however, and I can be bad for sugary stuff.! Can you keep me on the straight and narrow and I will help with healthy meal ideas and recipes if you like.
