    Finally reached my 10%. :laugh:
    I started at 180lbs and as of this morning am 161lbs - about time too I have been on a bit of a plateau recently.
    Next 10% will put me at 145lbs can't wait to get there but it seems so far off.
    Well done to everyone who has reached this remarkable goal and good luck to others who will get there soon.
