Former Weight Watchers, glad I found MFP!

Now, let me start by saying, I'm not a Weight Watchers hater, on the contrary. I love WW cookbooks and I have a subscription to the magazine. I just didn't like having to pay for the online system to track my calories. This is why I'm so glad I found My Fitness Pal and the app for BlackBerry. I love it. I can track all of my food and exercise. I turned 39 in March and I need to really kick my fitness routine into gear so that by the time I turn 40 in 2013, fitness is definitely a regular, everyday habit. I love cooking now and trying different healthy recipes so I'm excited about this. So between MFP, my cookbooks, a low carb lifestyle and high protein that I'm trying to adapt, I hope to make this work.
