ok so i seem to be running into a mental mind block. i seem to be either over just a little or under on my cals. the days i am over its usually not by more then a 100 but i feel like crap when i see the red at the top of my page... so the next day i seem to fear the red and under eat it is so annoying and i am sure not good for me.
all that said i think if i up my cals by a 100 and make my goal 1200 if i go over i wont see my shame so bright and bold... i think it might help me break this wall i seem to hit...
has anyone else hit this wall of (for lack of a better word) fear??

All the time. I always eat under my goal or over. It's so hard to eat just on the dot. I've still noticed results when I eat over just as long as it's good food and not bad. Like oh my what's a few extra servings of fruit or veggies gonna do to me0
